First Line Therapy® Therapeutic Lifestyle Change Program                    $1200 

Your 12 weekly or 6 biweekly consultations, 3 BIA tests, guide books and other printed materials, 12 week supply of medical food supplement and Fish Oil is all included and pre-paid when you make your first appointment. Additional consultation visits and/or BIA tests (should you wish to have them) can be arranged for an additional fee. Lab tests are not included.  You must complete the program within 6 months of purchasing it, or you’ll forfeit your fee and need to start over.

With a provider prescription, the program, or some of its component parts, may be reimbursable through your health insurance or Medical Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account. Patients report success in getting FLT covered by insurance, but be sure to call your insurance company for more information on what your plan will and will not cover. We'll provide a coded receipt for you to submit to your insurer when you complete the program.
